Free Flex Training From Adobe via Allaire?

Adobe launched a nice little training program for those of us wanting to get started or get better at Flex programming. This was pointed out to me by a great friend of mine who is also an incredibly talented web architect. She single-handedly built at least two substantial web applications including the whole data schema and framework from pieces of paper, some pictures and a lot of words. Those applications fly, performance wise and that is the true mark of a great application architect, in my experience.

So back to my main subject, the free Flex training from Adobe which I believe shows the commitment Adobe has to the community, the videos in the presentation run flawlessly with no signs of buffering and no waiting around and I note they are being served by Brightcove. Brightcove is the company run by Jeremy Allaire (more info here), someone to whom many of us owe our living. I thought this was nice to see.

Mike,

What is the best place to find mid-level Coldfusion Developers and an advanced FLEX developer? Any ideas

@Sharon would this be on-site work or telecommute or a hybrid of both?
